Memorcade lets you make a short video game as a gift for someone. These terms keep it kind and fair for everyone.
Using Memorcade
- You need to be 13 or older to make a gift.
- Only use photos you have the right to use, of people who would be happy to see themselves in a game.
- Keep it kind. No harassment, bullying, hate, threats, sexual content, or pretending to be someone you're not.
Your content
What you put in a gift stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to anyone who opens the gift's link, only so the gift works. You're responsible for what you put in it.
Reports and removal
Anyone can report a gift. We may remove gifts that break these terms, and we may block misuse of the site.
Early access and pricing
During early access, gifts are free. If we start charging, you'll see the price before you pay, and gifts made during early access keep working.
The idea helper
Suggestions are written by an AI model and may be wrong or not fit your relationship. Read them before you keep them. You're in charge of the final gift.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep gifts online and working, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
